All data transmitted via API is used solely for real-time inference to process your request. No case or client data will be cached or retained on the model provider's side after inference completes.

No. Our multi-tenant architecture enforces strict logical isolation between different organizations and law firms. Within your firm, access is controlled by role-based permission settings. All data access operations are recorded in immutable audit logs for compliance review. No external third party may access your firm's case data without your explicit written authorization.

The protections above (cloud encryption, zero-training commitment, tenant isolation) fully apply during the free trial. For matters with stringent confidentiality requirements, on-premise / private deployment is available for formal use: all your firm's case and client data never leaves your internal network, achieving physical-level isolation; you may also select a storage vendor you trust. This deployment model helps satisfy your professional confidentiality obligations for client secrets. You may also connect your preferred model (self-built, designated vendor, or open-source).

You retain full control of your data, and may export or delete records at any time. Upon account cancellation or termination, all data — including all backups and snapshots — will be completely erased within the agreed timeframe. A formal data deletion certificate can be issued upon request, confirming no residual data remains on the platform.
